How should I care for my technical knitwear?
To maintain the longevity of your pieces, we recommend a cold hand wash or a gentle machine wash in a laundry bag with eco-friendly detergent. Always lay flat to dry in the shade and avoid tumble drying.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer express worldwide shipping. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days, while international orders take approximately 5-7 business days depending on customs processing.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Garments must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and bodysuits must have the protective liner intact.
How do I determine my correct size?
Our knitwear is designed to have a high-stretch, compressive fit. We provide a detailed size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Are duties and taxes included for international orders?
Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the checkout total.
