Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags and hygiene seals still securely attached.

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our studio receives and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
